Location: The Bight, Norman Island
We started the day with our signature Rio and the girls all had a long night (we tried to sleep on the hardtop, but it was super windy, and I think it rained), but we managed to prepare ourselves for an awesome dive! We all got our gear on and got in the water. It was a sunken ship with skeleton pirates. We did some skills as well as enjoyed the scenery. We swam in a square and straight lines while counting seconds, kicking cycles, and using our compasses. We were also able to explore the sunken ship and look at the rooms inside the ship. After we got back to the surface, we put our stuff away and headed straight to Road Town. Before we got there, we got our phones and a bit of money and grabbed a dinghy ride to the dock. When we got there, we made our way to lunch and ordered quickly, but unfortunately, it took a very long time for us to get our food, so we walked to the commercial dive shop, and Frosty, Declan, Maddie, and Armaan all purchased some cool shirts. After we finally got lunch, we bolted around to the grocery store where Leo, Frosty, and Mimi bought food, and then the girls headed to a surf/puravida store. Maggie and Maddie bought matching earrings, and Emma bought a hat and a few stickers. Because lunch took so long, we had to all book it back to the dock to catch our ride, and fortunately, everyone made it. Once we got back, we moved again to the Bight at Norman Island and hopped on a mooring ball. We are sad it’s our last night out on the water before returning to the dock tomorrow for our last day.
