Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island
Today, we started off our day by going back to West End for shore time. On our way there, we had cereal for breakfast and started cleaning the boat. Once we got to West End and our cabins were all cleaned, we went to the shore with a few of the other boats. On shore, many of us got breakfast/lunch at the cafe there. We also spent our time going to different shops for souvenirs and stocking up on snacks from the grocery market. After everyone was back on the boat, we got phone time for a couple of hours. Everyone got to call and catch up with their friends and family. While we motored to GHP, Simon, Nolan, and Byron tried jumping with the waves while the rest of us watched. Once we got to GHP, we had a briefing for our deep dive, which was the last step to getting our advanced certification. We set up our dive gear, got ready, and started our dive. We successfully descended to 82 feet. At the bottom, we cracked an egg to see how it hardens at that depth. After the dive, Eugenia and Anthony did their navigation dive, which Lily decided to join for fun, so they could complete their advanced certification. While they were diving, the rest of us hung out on the boat and in the water. Everyone showered, and dinner tonight was Mexican night.
