Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
Today has been a long but exciting day. We woke up bright and early, leaving Savannah Bay around 6:45 am. We set sail (but really motored to) the Baths, where, unfortunately, we couldn’t swim due to a jellyfish problem. However, we were able to climb and explore the mysterious rock formation. Next, we drove to Spanish Town, where we experienced our first time in port since we began our three-week journey, but not before cleaning the beautiful Bella Vita. We then got our phones and had the chance to explore Spanish Town. We got lunch on shore, went to the dive shop for souvenirs, and bought last-minute supplies from the market. We then left for Vixen Point, where we plan to stay for the next three nights. It was one of the greatest sails of the trip so far, if not the greatest. We arrived just in time to shower and are currently preparing for a delicious dinner. I can’t wait to see what tomorrow’s rotation day has in store for us.
