Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island
Today we had an early morning and ate breakfast while motoring to the Rhone for our first dive as certified open water divers. The Wreck was filled with fish, coral, and other sea creatures. Some of us even saw sharks! After our dive, we went on a hike where we saw some amazing views a took tons of pictures. Many of us threw rocks off the cliff and watched them break into a million little pieces. Even though this hike was much shorter than the Mt. Sage one, it was just as fun. For lunch, we had some amazing ramen and studied for our sail theory exam. And we all passed our theory exam. After our exam, Sam, Lily, Isabel, Maddie, and I jumped off the side of the boat and enjoyed a fun ocean shower, and sailed back to GHP to spend the night. As the trip comes to an end, we start to appreciate lazy and fun-filled afternoons such as this one.
