Location: Sommer's Beach, Tortola

We woke up bright and early for yet another rotation day. Unlike yesterday, today was jam-packed with activity. At 8 am, we set off in groups to do our mapping project. The DMs from Bella arrived, and we were tasked with making a map of the sand highway. I was with Alex, Sierra, and Maddie- after a few technical difficulties, we produced a very nice map! Next, during the second rotation, we transferred the data from our slate to paper and devised an EAP (Emergency Action Plan). Justin cooked us tortilla soup, and we ate quickly before the next rotation. Around 1 pm Jake took all of the DMs to do a deep dive. The visibility wasn’t the best, but we had a great time! For the last rotation, we studied EFR, which I love. After, we motored over to Sommer’s Beach and are getting ready for a BBQ. It’s going to be a great night!
