Location: West End, Tortola
Because I’ve been here since second session, I spent the day helping the staff get ready for the arrival of all the new shipmates. I eagerly awaited 1:30 when the first group of kids arrived. Everyone had to check in, take their swim tests, and get dive gear from Aftica III. While I cooked our first dinner aboard, tortellini and garlic bread, we all got to know each other. We still only have seven shipmates on board right now and the rest will be arriving later tonight. We’re all so excited to meet everyone else and to get on the water tomorrow!
