Meet the Staff
Location: West End, Tortola
Aloha parents, family, and friends. Meet the staff for Session 1 on Harbor House Out! We’ve been working hard the last week preparing for our students to arrive and can’t wait. We are so excited to meet all 12 of our shippies today and are so ready to get out on the water.
Meet the crew:
Skipper - Aden
Aden grew up primarily in Sarasota, Florida, where he spent much of his teenage years racing a variety of high-performance sailboats. Each year, when the racing season wrapped up, he would spend his summers teaching learn-to-sail classes at a non-profit sailing program based in Sarasota. Aden has spent the last two summers at Action Quest, and he couldn’t be more excited to come back for a third! And he is looking forward to using his background in sailing to teach students how to sail! When not in tropical paradise, you can usually find Aden surfing or scuba diving with friends, in the gym, or sailing whatever boat he can get his hands on.
Dive Instructor/ Mate - Liam
I grew up in Albany, New York. I got into scuba diving through my parents when I was 11. Currently attending college at LeMoyne in Syracuse, majoring in Finance. I attended Action Quest for the Neptune, Rescue, and Dive Master programs and couldn’t help but come back. My favorite aspect of being an instructor is being able to watch students grow and watching the excitement that comes with diving. When I’m not diving, I can be found snowboarding, fishing, and just adventuring outside. I’m so excited to meet everyone this summer and dive in the warm water.
Dive Instructor/ Mate - Bailey
A Rhode Island native, Bailey began her scuba journey as a young camper at ActionQuest and is excited to come back now as a Dive Instructor. After university, she moved to NYC, where she eventually traded her desk for a backpack to explore and work remotely abroad. While traveling, she earned her Divemaster and Instructor certifications, discovering a true passion for teaching along the way. Whether she’s underwater or on deck, Bailey loves exploring new places and making new friends along the way!
Can’t wait to meet everyone, and we are ready to get our sails up!!!
