The Last Goodbye
Location: West End, Tortola
After waking up and eating breakfast, we motored over to a dive site called The Indians for our last dive of the trip. The site was a nice shallow reef with a lot of cool creatures, and we were able to explore it independently with our buddy teams, which was a lot of fun. Some of us saw some turtles and a stingray towards the end. After we finished the dive, we began our final deep clean of the boat while we motored back to West End. At some point, it was decided that every life jacket in the entire fleet would be stored on our boat, so we wound up bringing a massive mound of them onto the trampoline, which we had a lot of fun with. At West End, we ate lunch at a local restaurant and had the afternoon free to hang out with each other on shore before going home tomorrow. We had a huge barbecue by the docks with the entire AQ fleet for dinner. When it was over, we headed back to our boats, and each got a strip of the ActionQuest flag we had hung on our boat to keep as souvenirs, which people are signing for each other as I write this.
