Meercat

Today we were woken up by ALL of dive side because they had early diving to do. Why did we get woken up by dive side, you ask? Oh, we rafted with four other catamarans. FOUR. That’s crazy. Never been done before. All of dive side was rafted w us and made history yesterday. Anyways, when we separated from the raft, we had a slow and chill morning. We ate pancakes for breakfast which were made by Chef Ava and Chef Marina. They were delicious. After we cleaned up breakfast, we went over our scuba knowledge reviews and signed tons of paperwork to confirm our advanced diver, fish id, and PPB certifications. WOOOOOO!!!!! We’re advanced divers now 😎 After that, we sailed to Road Town and had a few hours on shore to eat lunch, shop, and hang out with other boats. When we hopped aboard Mere Cat after shore time, we had a nice sail to The Bight. While the chefs were making dinner, everyone else was showering, swimming, and flipping off the dinghies.

Very fun shower time. Andrew and Nico went free diving, and Nico touched the bottom at a depth of 56 feet!! Crazy, I know. Then we had franks and beans for dinner and did our daily squeeze. Tonight we had an activity which was writing cards to everyone on our boat. Before we leave on the 15th, we’ll get a card from each person on the boat to keep, and we can read them anytime to remind us of the trip and the friendships that were made :) While everyone was writing, I made some very delicious brookies (brownies mixed with cookies), and when we were all done, we went to bed.
