High On A Breeze

Today was our second to last full day on the water. I would say everyone has mixed feelings to go. Last night Oliver, Emma, Sloane, Gavin, and I had a big plan to wake up early to watch the sunrise. We set an alarm and went to sleep. Let's just say nobody woke up until around seven when we were forced awake by the boat captains while Garrison (staff) was still asleep. That angered us that we weren't able to sleep in too. Shortly after, we arrived in Road Town, where we all wanted to spend our cash. To say the least, this town was wacky. We went looking to find the least sketchy restaurant in the town; we passed some granny stores and a man selling mangos out of his car. (They were good). EVENTUALLY, we found a knock-off Chick-Fil-A. Most of us ordered the chicken nuggies with fries. After a good real meal, we went off in search of a grocery store for some real scrunches snacks. We came across two really big grocery stores. To a normal person, that sounds great, but to Oliver and Gavin, they were upset they didn't get Peanut MandM's.

While everyone wanted candy and sugar, Sloane was weird and got a massive bag of frozen mango chunks. After the grocery store run, It was so hot, so we decided to get some ice cream. We ran into some people from other boats (event horizon and Judine). Emma got cookies and cream while most other people went plain and got just vanilla. Oliver and I skipped on the ice cream and were bottle flipping. A little after we left, we realized we had left Julian and Jack behind, but it's okay because we found them shortly after. We went to another restaurant for Mimi to get a salad, and while there, we found some eight-week-old puppies that were just the cutest. We got back to the boat and pulled some ropes to get the sailes out. Nicholas went on the helm and did a great job bringing us to the place we are sleeping tonight. We all were so hot and took a jump in that quickly turned into everyone in the water flipping off the dingy. Most of us did backflips while Harrison worked on his back dives. Mimi had a weird backflip where she didn't really make it in the water but landed back in the dingy. That was a giggle for everyone. We then went snorkeling in a cave which was fun. We concluded the night with dinner and squeeze, as always.
