Liberty

Today was the ever infamous Rhone Day. The day started off in Great Harbor, where we were woken up at 6:00 to the song Sandstorm, which we later found out would be played all day long. We left as soon as possible and headed off to the Rhone, eating breakfast on the way. The advanced divers would do their dive first as the divemasters were briefed on the area. For the second rotation, the advanced people got to go on the Salt Island hike, which was super pretty. We enjoyed our time at the top of the mountain before it was time for our trek down. While the hike was going on, the Divemasters were busy leading their first of 2 dives. Once lunch came around, everyone was starting to feel tired after a long morning, but we were reenergized after our ramen meal. For the rest of the day, some people studied for our sailing tests, hiked again, and rested after our long morning. For dinner, we invited Riley over and enjoyed some great eggs, sausage, and toast prepared by George and Ellie. That was a great meal to end our long but eventful day.
