Dan has been active in the field of experiential education since 2000. Since that time, Dan has facilitated hundreds of groups and thousands of young adults as an environmental educator, a wilderness trail guide, high and low ropes challenge course facilitator, a youth-at-risk counselor, and as an international service-adventure guide. Dan is a dedicated academic and holds his Masters in Experiential Education, and an avid traveler with countless stories from North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Dan first joined our team in 2007 as a guide for our Galapagos and Ecuador trips and is now responsible for the coordination of all operational aspects of our non-BVI high school experiential education programs. In his free time, Dan can be found spending quality time with his wife, Jenn, and son, Finn, while cooking, cycling, and exploring the mountains near his home in beautiful Boulder, Colorado
