Today was our first rotation day. We started the morning with oatmeal made by ourselves. Later on, we all joined in group paddle boarding. Selah, Cate, and Gianna got caught in the current and struggled to return back to the boat. After paddle boarding, we had a short break that consisted of swimming in the ocean and flipping off the dingy. Leuck and Charlie perfected backflips after a lot of practice. We then went onto the next rotation, which included knee boarding, wakeboarding, and water skiing. Emerson was very determined to achieve standing up on the wakeboard but practically nailed it at the end. After a lot of attempts of kneeboarding, wakeboarding, and water skiing, we had a lunch break with chicken salad sandwiches prepared by the chefs of the day, cate and Leuck. The next rotation and most enjoyed was our first scuba dive. Our group got a lot of positive comments from that rotation and finished it pretty fast. While underwater, Tristan saw a stingray and felt very excited. Luke was very appreciated by one of the counselors after jumping in the water to save a floating bag of life jackets. Our last rotation was knot tying which Sean excelled in. We ended the night with rice and chili made by our chefs with the help of Hugh as an assistant. After dinner, we continued making bracelets as a group, and Mariah did some of the girl’s hair wraps which looked spectacular. We ended the night
