Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

We woke up early in the morning at the beautiful Savanna Bay. Josh and Alaina made us all scrambled eggs, blueberry muffins, and pineapple. After breakfast, we went on a hike. When we were there, we learned the difference between windward and leeward beaches as we walked across the narrow island. After that, we went back to our boat, where Liz gave us a lecture on tides and waves and all of their intricacies of them. Once that was over, we were all hungry, so we had a lunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Then after we cleaned up lunch, we headed over to the sand circles where we had a practice navigational dive where we had to practice using a compass, where one person would count how far we had gone, and the other was manning the direction with the compass. After we came up, Jayna had to refill the tanks, so we had some free time where we dove off the boat and played catch. Then we headed back to Savanna Bay for the night, where the chefs began to make rice and chili. While that was going on, Josh and I gave each other the best high five of all time which boomed across the ocean. Then we all ate our dinner and cleaned up. We also saw a massive barracuda while we were cleaning up. After this, we will have another lecture on night diving and then head to bed after a long day.
