Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today, the boat was all up and at ‘em at 6:30! We set sail for Cooper Island, where we anchored and went for a fish ID dive. We saw a ton of colorful fish, all of which were swimming in some pretty coral. After half an hour underwater, we ascended and went for a regular swim. Ethan practiced his backflips after Eve showed us her backflip skills. After lunch, we napped and then set sail again, this time to Savannah Bay. The sail was about an hour, and once we anchored, we all jumped in the water to cool off. After swimming and some more backflips, a few of us went to do some water sports, while the rest stayed back at the boat to hang out and shower. Now, we are about to enjoy a feast for dinner (salad, garlic bread, and Alfredo pasta) and go to another dive boat to have a group discussion about the diving business! For the cake update, we trusted our skipper and instructor, Jake, to watch the cake, and he took it out at the perfect time. We all enjoyed it and left a big portion for Jake as his reward for doing such a good job with watching the cake!
