We woke up and started the morning by making muffins. I went to the skippers' meeting with Claire to draw our race position, and we got number 7, which meant we started the race closer to the leeward mark (Pelican Island). We got our jib out quickly and started off strong with Tate on the helm, then Emilio took over for the second leg after the tack. We ended up winning second place! Then we had a nice downwind sail to West End, cleaned the boat, and had takeout for dinner. It was a very fun day!
