Henry grew up in a small coastal town in Maine where he worked on a charter boat year-round before and after school. He took marine technology classes as well as a small engine and compact diesel Course. After high school, he sailed on Vela from Bali to Cape Town in the fall of 2025 and sailed from Cape Town to Antigua in the spring of 2026. Henry has been around small boats since he was little and recently got into larger sailboats. He recently completed the PSCT 200-ton theory course and the VHF certificate. Henry is also a Rescue Diver.
