Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

Today we woke up in Leverick Bay, but we got to sleep in today, so instead of waking up at the usual 6:5,5, we got to sleep until 7:45. For breakfast we had french toast which was cooked by Clark and Bryton, since it was very good everyone had at least two pieces and most had three or more. Then, after cleaning up the boat, we set sail for Savannah Bay, where the boat Olympics would be. I started at the helm while Clark, Natalie, and Ellie raised the main halyard. Once the sail was up and I had been steering for some time, I switched out with Ollie, who then later switched out with Anika and Clark, who steered us until Ayden motored us into Savannah Bay. Once we dropped the anchor, we had lunch, which was sandwiches. After that, we had to get hype for the boat Olympics even though we had low expectations to perform well since our boat was the youngest after all. Before we all went over, Ellie had to decide whether she would stay for the whole time or leave in 10 days, eventually deciding to stay.

The first event was tug of war. Gwyneth came up with a strategy to help us win. Which was the take a step forward and hold the rope up to throw the opposing team off balance, which worked, but because we were so far behind and a lot weaker than the other team, we ended up losing. The next event we had was a balance event where we would try to stay on a fender for as long as possible with no hands, since only one person from every boat went. My team chose me to go, and I got third place (because of Graham being there for emotional support). The final event we did was a swimming challenge. We chose Bryan, Noah, and Skyler for this event, and they ended up winning, which gave us a final placement of third place. After that, we just sat around in the water for a while messing around with the sand, right before the dinghy started taking us back for dinner and a shower.
