Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound
This morning I woke up on my deflated mattress at six and waited for 7 to come. When I finally got to get out of bed, I was so happy because I realized I was skipper, which is really easy except for having to write this. After the French toast was made by Nikki, Charlie, and Margaret. I sat down next to Brooks and Liam, and we all ate two pieces of the toast. After breakfast, we went to the beach to go kayaking and paddleboarding. While sailing with Henry, we were pirated by Austin and Liam, then Jade and Teagan tried to pirate us, but failed. Henry and I eventually went in due to Will’s request, but got stuck in irons multiple times. I eventually made it in and played football on the beach with Austin, Liam, Idon, Brooks, Henry, and Levi. When the beach ended and we had to come back to the pirate song to tie knots, we just reviewed the ones we learned yesterday, then swam. After knots and swimming, we got to water ski, but Brooks Levi Henry and I decided to knee board, and it was my first time ever doing that, and I did pretty well. For lunch, we had PB&Js with our newly discovered creamy peanut butter. After, we learned about coral reef conservation and got ready to head to the dock at Leverick for shore time before our first BBQ. We got our phones for a while, and we got to talk to our parents. Then, after my calls, I 3 crowned someone in Clash Royale. We went to the BBQ and it was super fun. All the boats were there, and there was a DJ called DJ Heavy Beats, and he was awesome. The day ende,d and then Margaret made me write this. She is the best and so amazing, and I love being on a boat with her.
