Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

We started the day by eating delicious pancakes with maple syrup and Nutella. After cleaning everything up, we all went to sit at the power tower. While we were chilling, we suddenly heard Tyler yell,” Annika, I have a big boo-boo. ” It was really funny, and yes, he did have a big boo-boo. We then started sailing to Savannah Bay. Skyler showed Emily how to drive the boat; now she’s really good at it! We all played card games together like cheat or president. Mac was so good at the president; she won like three times. A few of Koko’s cards even flew off. For lunch, we ate sandwiches and some carrots. Sadly, when we finished, we had to say goodbye to Peyton and Holly, who had to leave. We are going to miss them a lot, and I hope they have a safe trip home.

Afterward, we started getting ready for the beach Olympics !! We wrote our boat’s name ( Shamwari ) on our legs with tinted SPF. Niko wrote his name all over his arms so that if he won, he could use his arms for a celebration. At the boat Olympics, Ava was hyping all of us up and strategizing. We started by playing tug of war. We lost the first round, but since we were only 10, we did it again this time; Sky and Amanda joined us, and we won the two next rounds ( we finally lost when we went against the 17-year-old). For the next game, we had to do a whole parkour course to imitate how turtles got to the sea for the first time. When it was Abby’s turn, she lost her bathing suit in the water, so she had to stop for 1 minute to put it back on. The last game was to fight someone on a paddle board. We sent Aleks, and he was really good, he won! We weren’t in the top 3 but still did very well. After, we just went back to the boat and ocean-showered. For dinner, we ate risotto and salad. The squeeze question of the day was,” What would you name the person to your left if you didn’t know their name?” Amanda said that Pat-Patrick could be named Eric. I think that’s a pretty good answer. At the end of the day, someone clogged the toilet, and then it broke, so the staff had to repair it. It was a really good day.
