Today, we woke up at 6:30 to start getting ready for rotation day. Once everyone had gotten ready, Redden made scrambled eggs while Flo Chlo (Floridian Chloe) cut up some pineapple. We were supposed to have muffins, but they weren’t ready in time. For the first rotation, we started with scuba diving, but we only went 12 feet deep max, haha. Once we came back from our dive, we had our very late breakfast muffins and got our stuff together for the second rotation, which was water sports. Flo Chlo, Brayden, Canadian Chloe, and I were all on a dingy and wakeboarded while the other groups went on other dinghies. While we waited on one of the catamarans for everyone to go do sports, we swam, and people from different boats got me to do a backflip off the boat. After the second rotation, we went back and made deli and PB & J sandwiches for lunch when I decided to dip a carrot in peanut butter, which was actually really good. A little later, we left for 3rd rotation and learned how to drive a dinghy and learned how to prep for docking the boat.
After we had done that, we tied ropes to people and hung them off the boat when people started to get dropped in the water, which was really funny to watch as part of knot-tying practice. Fourth rotation was the last one for the day, we did some paddle boarding and waiting to get back on our boat for dinner. Once we were on our boat we took ocean showers and made dinner. Dinner was amazing. We had alfredo pasta with hot dogs, which one of our staff, Ayden, called “Weenies & Creamies,” garlic bread, and salad. We ended dinner with a full blast of California Girls by Katy Perry and cleaned up all our dishes. We will probably end the night with half the kids on the boat staying up too late talking and laughing. So that is all we did on day three it was lots of fun.
Also, to Mom and Dad, I miss you guys a lot. I hope you guys aren’t missing Brayden and me too much.
