The Long Voyage

Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

We awoke bright and early and had a delicious breakfast made by the chefs Audrey and Grace. Then, we got assigned into three groups. Group 1 consisted of Tom, Clara, Lila, and Liam. Group 2 is Alex, Sloane, Holden, and Grace. Finally, group 3 is Mary, Yates, Sultan, and Audrey. After being assigned into groups, we began our six-hour voyage to Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda. Group 1 started with the mooring ball while Group 2 long-lined the dinghy, and Group 3 helped raise the sails. We all rotated jobs until everybody got enough practice to master the ship. Once we arrived, we took a swim in the sunset. After, we learned about the scuba gear and prepared for our dive tomorrow. To finish the day, we had a dive chat and watched scuba videos.
