Location: Road Harbor, Tortola

Since it’s my last day here on Shape Up, I’d like to start off by saying that I am so grateful for the three weeks I spent here and all the people here with me that I went through it with. Now onto the actual blog and what we did today. We woke up at the normal time and had cereal, and got ready for water sports. Sam, Zaver, Will, Leo, and I were the first group to go out with Tait. Will wakeboarded while the rest of us kneeboarded. The second group was Chloe, Lily, Peyton, Thea, and Kierra, who went with Annie to do their round of water sports. While they were gone, Mike and Riley came onto our boat to fix the engine, and we saw a sea turtle. After they got back, we went for a little swim and tanned a little on the bow. We sailed to Roadtown, which was fun because Riley had a huge boombox speaker. We went into town for two hours, where we had lunch and our phones!! Next we sailed over to the Bite, which is where we were three weeks ago, and we saw a really big rainbow. The staff had a staff meeting, so the students all had dinner together, and I enjoyed my final meal with the people I’d been stuck with for three weeks. After dinner, we took the last ocean shower, which was really fun, and enjoyed the sunset. Shape Up feels like such a close-knit family, and I hope we all keep in touch. Thank you for all the lessons I learned here 🙂
