Location: Sandy Spit, Green Cay
Since the big hike was yesterday, everyone was very sore and struggled to get out of bed this morning. Our staff left for a meeting and while they were gone, Moseley and I made french toast for breakfast and it was very yummy. After breakfast and cleanup, we moved the boat to the place we were diving. Everyone went on the dive at the “Playgrounds” except Sultan and myself, because I was so sore and his legs were still hurting from yesterday. While Moseley, Asha, Piper, and Yunie saw a shark, I was on the boat making an omelette and reading my book. For lunch, Max and Asha made chicken salad wraps/sandwiches and baby carrots. I don’t like the boat chicken and Ainsley cannot eat it, so we shared a pack of rice and beans that we made into burritos with cheese. When lunch was done, we got to watch the rescue boat do a rescue drill where they had to save “drowning” people. After, we got to go to a little island and we took photos, and swam in the very very pretty water. When we got back to the boat, we got to freshwater shower before a dinner of more rice and beans, along with hotdogs, salad, and cornbread. During cleanup from dinner, Gene gave Asha a haircut and she cut off almost 1.5 inches!! She is very happy with it because it looks so good and her hair feels so healthy and other shippies are lining up for haircuts now from Gene. Ending the night right now, we are preparing to prank a boat early in the morning. Okay thats it for today love you mom and dad see you soon!!
