Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Today everyone was woken up by heavy rain at around 4 am. We woke up at 7 am, ate breakfast, and set sail for Savanna Bay in Virgin Gorda. It was a long sail, so we stopped for lunch halfway through. We continued to sail; it was windy, so there was a tremendous amount of sail trimming. I took the first shift to steer the boat and trimmed the mainsail. While stopping for lunch, we saw a turtle surface from the water. After six hours of sailing, we arrived at Savannah Bay. I learned the basics of scuba equipment and went for a swim. We then ate cheesy Alfredo pasta for dinner.
