Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

I was awoken at 5 A.M. this morning by the sound of the motors starting, an early start. Our mission for the day, the Baths, a popular shore spot, was unfortunately taken. We came to the conclusion that it was not a safe day to partake in the activities of the area because of our profound view for the safety of ourselves and others during these COVID-controlled times. A day to GHP (Great Harbor Peter) commenced as we set sail to the deep waters of the harbor. As time was killed with lunch and cards, the dive came closer. A briefing was given then gear was equipped as we slowly entered the chilly water. The two groups descended into the 80-foot depths using their navigational skills. However, 30 minutes later, a member of the group was running low on air, requiring a buddy ascension. The dire situation caused the group to surface with a crazy story to tell. Following the dive, the boat sailed to a peaceful docking site where we would finish off the day with a dinner, a movie, and a lovely wreck lecture.
