Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

The day began bright and early at 6:45, and we had breakfast and got ready to dive! The group called Barracuda; Bailey, Camille, Max, Mark, and I had a fun dive in the same spot as our night dive. This enabled us to see the same place at two very different times of the day, which really opened our eyes to the vast difference in aquatic life during day and night. The two other groups, Carina and Aquarius, Roman, Cobrin, Alivia, Owen, and Beckett, had a dive called peak performance buoyancy. After these amazing dives, we traveled to another boat to participate in water sports. Rather than that, we stayed on that boat and had some bonding time. A different group from the boat Odin II came over to us on paddle boards. The boat Judine had pranked them by stealing their bread, putting hand sanitizer in their water bottles, and even stealing their tortillas on Mexican food night! Odin II wanted to get even, so they filled up Judine’s water bottles with saltwater and hand sanitizer, put an egg under their mat, and stole their pirate hat. Next was paddle boarding and zesting, where some of us took a paddle board, and some of us used the zest. (Miniature sailboats) For the last rotation of the day, we improved our knot-tying abilities and practiced driving dinghies. I saw a few good friends of mine that were getting their dive master certification and were helping out on my boat, and we ended the night with a shower in the ocean, some good food, and time with our new-found friends.
