Location: West End, Tortola
Today started like any other day at Action Quest does. At around 2 am, everyone sleeping outside was woken up by a pleasant shower of rain. This gave us time to run inside before it started to pour. After a delicious breakfast, we sailed for about 30 minutes to dive site known as the Indian Rocks. This was an awesome dive, yet it was bittersweet seeing as it was our last. After the dive, we set sail back to West End, and that was when the fun began. Every inch of the 50-foot boat needed a thorough cleaning inside and about. Washing the decks became a lot easier once the rain started. Cleaning is not fun, but it somehow becomes bearable when one can look up and enjoy the beautiful BVI landscape. Although it is hard to say goodbye to a place like this, I think I speak for everyone when I say I am eager to see my family. A nice long shower wouldn’t hurt either.
