Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda

Today was one of a kind. Regardless of the wind and rain, we proceeded to our next destination, and luckily enough, I was the skipper of the day. So we motored out, intending to set sails once the time was right. That time never came, so we motored to all of our destinations today. Our first stop was for a quick lunch break, and some down time to plan and relax if needed. After about an hour or so we set back out. The waves were serious, and I was loving every minute of it. The waters were rough, but it made it much more exciting. Up and down, water was coming over the bow, but I’d do it again if I had the chance. Finally, we reached our destination in two hours. As soon as we arrived, we took a dip in the crystal clear water. Soon after we showered and had our squeeze and a fantastic pasta dinner cooked by none other than “the Nicos.”
