Location: Charlestown, Nevis

Shona woke us up with delicious pancakes. The day then started with a morning sail chat. After a brief review game, we learned some of the crucial skills required in navigating channels. We then departed for some well-deserved shore time. While onshore, we explored many of the interesting facets of Charlestown. I went to the Nevis Sports museum and learned about many famous Nevitian athletes. Another popular attraction was the home of Alexander Hamilton. Shortly after we had finished our tours, we returned to the vessel and began preparing for our next passage. We left at around six due to several electrical issues that warranted a repairman. And with our freshly repaired stern and navigation lights, we were off on our passage. Overall, yesterday was bittersweet. We were sad to leave Nevis so soon, but we were excited about what the sea had waiting for us
