Hello from the British Virgin Islands!! Sam, Jake, and I are so excited to meet the new shipmates of “Love of My Life.” We just finished the past two sessions and had a blast! We have spent the past few days working hard to make the boat clean, and all stocked up with fresh food and clean linens for their arrival today. Our shipmates are currently en route from across the world: Canada, England and all over the United States. We cannot wait to complete our 3rd and final lap around the BVI with our new friends who will quickly become our family.
We are looking forward to casting off our lines and set sail for our exciting 17 day adventure tomorrow.
Here is an introduction to the crew of Love Of My Life:
After graduating from Wake Forest University in 2004, Sam followed his passion for the water and travel, working as a Sailing and Scuba Diving instructor in Costa Rica, Thailand, and Belize. Sam joined AQ in 2007 and is now the director of the BVI Diving program. He holds certifications as an MCA Master of Yachts 200 Ton, PADI IDC Staff Instructor, and Advanced Medic at Sea.
