Location: Savanna Bay, Virgin Gorda
Breakfast was early along with an early departure for a voyage that would last 6 hours. Moving out of the anchorage was easy and quick. While on the boat, waves rocked us side to side, leading to many seasick crew members. Luckily everyone was back to feeling great by the end of the sail. While on the water we made a great time getting to our destination, moving at a speed of 7 knots! When we stopped for lunch, we saw a sea turtle and a barracuda… so cool! The second half of the sail was also quick giving us some extra swimming time when we got to Savanna Bay, our anchorage location of the night. To end our day, we had a delicious Alfredo pasta dinner with some garlic bread and sausages, and it was followed by our second dive chat. All in all, it was a great day, and we can’t wait to get some rest for tomorrow!
