Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island
Hi, it’s Isla!! Today started when the staff on our boat left for a staff meeting. Ainsley and Asha worked together to serve a nice breakfast of pancakes and fruit. After they finished making all of the pancakes, Cora and Asha made Max one huge vegan pancake, and he ate the entire thing. We then all worked together to make sure that the boat was clean for a nice surprise when the staff members came back from their staff meeting. Once they returned, we sailed off to Mountain Point, where we completed our first dive of the day. By lunchtime, Finn and Sultan had finished all of the Fantas that they had bought the day before. Before we dove, we had ramen for lunch. The dive was an exploration of one of the only boats to survive Pearl Harbor. The wreck had a kraken put on top of it to make it more interesting. During the div,e Enya and Ainsley played soccer with jellyfish underwater. Once we returned to the boat, Sultan tried to tame seagulls with saltines. Also, when we began sailing again, Cora, Violet, and I made bracelets in the saloon. While we were underway, Yunie began steering the boat, and she really enjoyed it. Once we got to Muskmelon Bay, we moored and then we proceeded to snorkel before our night dive to preview our dive site. After the night div,e Asha found a fish in her bikini. Finally, we got back to the boat and hung out until dinner. For dinner, Asha and Ainsley made Indian food for everyone. During the dive, Moseley and I saw two sting rays and a lot of huge tarpon below the boat. Piper also saw a small and a large octopus during the dive. When we returned from the dive, Violet and Ainsley had brownies and cookies waiting for the whole boat.
