Race Day

Location: West End, Tortola

Today we woke up and ate a great breakfast of oatmeal. We started clean up after that and Vasia and Jordan made the kitchen sparkle. Later, we started what we thought would be a fantastic, successful race. Sadly, due to the weather, we had to cut the race short and awarded Laurasia with the gold. With rain, waves, and thunder, sailing got intense. It wasn’t too terrible that the race ended short because we were able to get a jump start on our B.A. (Boat Appreciation). We have to make the boat look like it did on the first day. Finishing our B.A., having a barbeque, and hanging out with other boats is still all to come later today.
