Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

Today we woke up at 6:30 to raise the anchor and begin sailing to Road Town. Soon after starting the trip, we ate breakfast which was bagels and yogurt. The sail to Road Town was about two hours long, and when we got there, we refilled the water tanks, restocked the fresh food, got rid of the trash, and got COVID tests. After about an hour of hanging out on the dock at Road Town, we set off again to Mountain Point, which is where we are spending the night. Halfway through the trip, we encountered a rainstorm and winds, but the small storm didn’t last too long. When we got to Mountain Point, we all went swimming and took showers. While making dinner, the snubber lead broke, and Claire had to dive down and put a new line on it to make sure it was safe. We ate stroganoff, salad, and garlic bread for dinner and finished off with a round of squeeze. We are all excited for tomorrow, which is another rotation day!!
