Location: White Bay, Peter Island
Today was certainly an informative day! We woke up bright and early at port in Tortola prepared for a sunny day on the start of our journey. We gathered on the dock and the surrounding catamarans for Mike’s opening speech. At around 11, we headed into the horizon toward our next location. We had some high winds so it was great for sailing and we learned all about knots during! We anchored at White Bay on Peter Island and, after lunch, took our semi-tiring swim test. It was very refreshing to be in the ocean again! Right after we all passed, we went on a very sandy, 30-foot skills review dive with our own assigned gear. Then we had a shower time, and all the boys smelled like coconuts! When we all dried off, we went inside and prepared dinner. We had Sloppy Joe’s, and it was delicious! Our squeeze question was, “What is your spirit, vegetable?” Now, after finishing clean-up, we’re sitting on the trampoline at the bow of the boat having an aloe party and watching the sunset! This is paradise!
