Location: Mountain Point, Virgin Gorda

Today was a great and meaningful day. The director of GXG Mike came over for breakfast, and we got to learn a lot about him and his experiences through Leah’s great questions. Then we sailed to Anegada. It was great because most of the sailing we were doing, especially raising and lowering the sails, we were able to do almost independently. Also on the way we got to learn some French from Mel, which was cool, and a great global learning experience. Then at Anegada, we got to have a picnic at the beach and swim. We all had a fun time. I thought Anegada was cool because it was so flat. The island looked tiny when we were on the shore even though it’s bigger than Virgin Gorda. On the way back, I had a great time making bracelets with Morgan, Leah, and Charli. Then Mike came over for dinner, and it was great to hear about how AQ started. It was an awesome day.
