Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound

We woke up early for a dive this morning. Despite being a navigation dive, some truly amazing creatures were seen. This included a trumpet fish and a spotted eagle ray. Afterward, we had a delicious breakfast and headed to Leverick Bay, where all fourteen of us sat down for lunch. A few more hours were spent in port, but soon enough we were on our way to Prickly Pear Island. Upon our arrival, the Neptunes on the boat left for a lecture on boat diving while the Dolphins went snorkeling the mangroves. After that, we had some beach time, which was quite nice. Hannah and I spent a large amount of time looking for small shells in the sand. Eventually, the Neptunes met us on the beach, and we played a very entertaining game called “Turtle.” Sadly, my team did not win the game. Back on the boat again, we started to get ready for the beach barbecue tonight. Everyone looks really nice, and I know we’re going to have a great time.
