Location: The Settlement, Anegada

Last night we all had a fantastic time at the BBQ/dance. After a wonderful sleep, we awoke to good moods and genuine conversation. Under the careful supervision of Gordo we traversed the unique shallows of Anegada without running aground. Cat, Charlotte, and myself then took and passed our open water academics final, as the others, short Graham, finished their advanced open water academics. Gordo then kindly shuttled us to the beach. Walks were taken and sandcastles were built. At six we returned to the boat for showers and a wonderful dinner of Mexican cuisine prepared by our resident staff members as we were on the beach. Throughout the day the tradewinds had done well cooling the boat. It was a comfortable and relaxing day of camaraderie. Things are going well, the coffee is good, and I cannot think of a complaint.
