Location: Vixen Point, Gorda Sound

It was another early morning on our boat. We all sat together and enjoyed some cereal to start the day. After breakfast, we all separated to start our rotation day. From 8-10, we got on a new boat and practiced man overboard drills. As a team, we worked like a well-oiled machine, raising the sails and navigating the Virgin Islands. At 10 am, we began our second confined dive. Everyone had to complete a series of tasks underwater, and we are all on track to getting our open water diving certification. The boat reunited at 12 for tortilla soup and crackers. Right after lunch, we all had the choice to wakeboard, kneeboard, or waterski. After that, we raised our anchors and were underway to Vixen Point. Each member of the boat had an important role in sailing our 50-foot monohull sailboat. Once we picked up a mooring ball, we showered and prepared for a delicious meal. We sat as a group and enjoyed dinner under a Caribbean sunset.
