Today we woke up as the beautiful pink sun rose. We enjoyed some bagels and yogurt for breakfast. It was my first rotation day, which included windsurfing, dinghy practice, wakeboarding, and scuba diving. Scuba diving was my favorite part of the day because taking your first breath underwater is a one-of-a-kind experience. Rotation day means that we spend our whole day out on the amazing Caribbean Sea. It was my first time wakeboarding, and I struggled. Even though I had a hard time standing up, I had a blast. It was a thrilling and unique experience. I also learned how to drive the dinghy. It was great! Windsurfing was challenging but exciting once I got the hang of it. In our even filled day, we had a cannonball contest, which was followed by showers. Feeling clean put us in a good mood, so we jammed out to Taylor Swift. Our dinner was chili and rice, the most delicious meal so far on the trip. Our day concluded when we began to feel exhausted and hit the hay. PS. Yesterday was Elton John’s birthday, and Journey was playing for him, along with a massive, spectacular fireworks shower in our anchorage.
