Location: West End, Tortola
I started the day at 7 am with a skippers meeting on the director’s boat, Charming Elise. During the meeting, we found out what we would be doing and where we would be going. Today was race day. We sailed from Norman Island to Road Town. I helmed for most of the time and then let Jonathan take over. Even though we came in second to last, it was a really fun race. Once the race was completed, we proceeded to West End. On the way to West End, we were all assigned jobs to clean the boat before we arrived at the dock. When we got to the dock, we did dishes, and then we were able to snag some shore time until 5. Tonight we will be having our last BBQ, which should be a ton of fun. Thanks for the best trip!
