Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

The day started a bit earlier than others, and our skipper and I went to a meeting to prepare for the day’s main event: races. After a quick chat and breakfast, the crew was ready to go at 8:17 am, but the race was delayed by other boats who weren’t quite as fast. Although we were first to the start line, we were last to the finish line. Nevertheless, the crew rallied around our perceived success. The afternoon race followed a relaxing lunch ashore in West End, but he results mirrored the first: last place (kinda). The second race took us to Great Harbor, Peter Island, near the site of the world-famous dive site of the RMS Rhone. We chowed down on Mexican food after a long day of sailing and went to bed after a quick sailing chat; everyone tired from a long, fun, and challenging day.
