Location: The Bight, Norman Island

We woke up this morning at 7:00 and had an amazing breakfast cooked by our chefs. The Neptunes geared up and dove the Fearless wreck. Dolphins went turtle tagging and unfortunately didn’t even see any but still had an awesome time being towed by the dinghy in snorkel gear. Once we went back to our boat, we cleaned up and then motored to our final port, Road Town. The capital of the BVI’s. Everyone had lunch and ice cream. When we were done with shore time, we got back on Second Wind to prepare for the dive side race. Once we took all the clothes off the lines and shut the hatches, the race started. Harris took the helm, and Chris and I took winches. It was super intense, and we were neck and neck with Spindrift. When we got to the halfway point of the race, we all had to go around the Fearless ball. Harris was able to keep our wing on wing. So we didn’t have to tack, and we were able to overtake Spindrift, thus winning the race. It was awesome! Winning the dive side race was a great way to end the trip. It’s hard to believe this is our last night out on the water. We had dinner that we prepared by ourselves while Jess, Tina, and Matt went to a staff meeting, and we didn’t burn it. We’ll be writing cards to each other later tonight. See you all soon!
