Today was definitely an amazing and memorable day! We woke up at 6:15, ate cereal, and prepared for the longest day of our lives! We all ate breakfast together before heading to the Cane Garden Bay dock to meet Mike and all the other boats’ shipmates and staff. At 7:00 AM. After a short briefing and pep talk by Mike, the shipmates headed off to hike the highest point on Tortola, Mount Sage. Once we reached the top of the mountain, all shipmates signed their names in a book to record the places and times that everyone got. The first person from our boat was Guillaume, who came in 4th place! Once we reached the shoreline again, we all went to eat cheeseburgers in paradise overlooking Cane Garden Bay. At about 1:30, the entire AQ/Lifeworks fleet headed to Sandy Cay for a sandcastle building competition. Our boat decided to make a spotted eagle ray with washed-up coral for spots. After showering and getting dressed, we motored to Sydney’s peace and love for dinner, reggae band performance, shopping, and dancing. Today was such an awesome day, but everyone is very tired and ready for bed!
