Location: Great Harbor, Peter Island

We woke up already on our way to the Rhone shipwreck, our final diving destination. Having just been certified, the Vegas descended to the stern of the wreck (35 ft) while the advanced divers descended to the bow of the ship (75 ft). During this time the Questers snorkeled on the surface, observing the lively waters. The wreck was from the late 19th century and therefore has had ample time to become home to a vast array of sea life and coral. While we saw countless different animals, the sea turtle, stingray, and giant lobster were unanimous highlights of the dive. In addition, the wreck showed the untampered design of the vessel and was just another reason why this was my favorite dive so far. After the dive, we left to hang out on our sister boat Spindrift, where we enjoyed the gorgeous summer sun and warm tropical waters. After all, boats had enjoyed the dive, ActionQuest returned to land to hike through a steep path onto the top of the island. It was here that we enjoyed the dramatic views of the Pacific crashing onto the rocky walls of the island. With such views, everyone quickly began taking crazy pictures and simply enjoying our final moments on the program. As with all good things, this soon came to an end, and we returned to our ships. It was here that we began our final venture for the day: sail racing. In typical Changes fashion, we quickly took the lead and never looked back. Before we knew it, we had finished the race in first place, and promptly started our dinner. For this meal, we enjoyed scrambled eggs, sausages, and biscuits, as well as chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Exhausted from the thrilling activities of the day, we are now relaxing in one of the most beautiful places on earth, getting rested for another exciting day.
