Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island
What a tiring and full day! Halfway through the trip now, everyone was pretty tired yet excited to scuba at one of the most amazing dive sites. We started off the day around 7 with French Toast made by our fabulous cooks of the day. Our boat was docked in Marina Cay until around 11:00 when we headed to our first dive site called the Chickuzin. The dive was split up into two groups. On the dive, we saw hundreds of fish swimming together in the middle of the wreck. After our first dive, we quickly hopped on board and sailed to Muskmelon, our night dive site, and anchoring area. During our sail, we tanned worked on our workbook packages and ate peanut butter sandwiches. At around 3:30, we arrived at our second site of the day and needed to snorkel the area where we were going tonight to dive. Everyone was extremely hungry after all the water activity, so we made a big dinner consisting of chili and rice. At this time, the sun was setting, and we all needed to set up our scuba gear for our night dive starting at 8. Both Dolphin and Neptune groups went together for our last dive without any of our instructors. Today was a tiring day, however rewarding as the whole boat has become certified night divers!
