Location: Muskmelon Bay, Guana Island

We woke up this morning to a nice french toast breakfast cooked by our chefs Annie and Alex. After breakfast, the staff members had a meeting, so we had the boat to ourselves. During this time, we proceeded to play keep away with a soccer ball and ended up in a workout competition with one of the other boats. After a really relaxing morning, we motored over to Trellis Bay to get lunch, snacks and pick up our laundry. Next, we sailed to Josiah’s Bay to spend the afternoon with one of the other boats, Gemini, having fun on the beach. A group of the girls took a nice walk up and down the water; meanwhile, the boys were wrestling with each other. After many hours of fun in the sun, I got to take the helm as we sailed to Muskmelon Bay, our final resting spot for the night. We then took our ocean showers and got ready for a dinner of chili and rice. The Carina’s then got prepared to do their first night dive while the DMs studied for their final exam. On our dive, we saw two stingrays, a crab, bio-luminescence, and a conch like animal gliding through the water. The dive was by far, my favorite part of the day. We came back from our dive and were pooped, so we re-showered and went to bed. All in all, it was a great day!
