Location: Marina Cay
I woke up swinging back and forth in my hammock, which was in sync with five other shipmates, who were all awakening as well. We had cereal to save time for what was to be my second open water dive. We quickly sailed to the dive site, which only took about 15 minutes. In the water, I completed much of PADIs practical prerequisites for certification. I did these tasks still ecstatic after having passed the written test the previous day. My excitement was multiplied tenfold once I discovered I was sharing the ocean with a 3 ft — nurse shark, which was dormant and not frightening at all. The rest of the day, we sailed to Marina Cay, which had only one small shop which was packed with AQ shipmates craving their sugary treats. Now a perfect dinner to end a perfect day. Cheers from the tropics.
