Location: The Bight, Norman Island
Vivo Libre’s shipmates woke up very early today in Peter Island’s bay. The weather was great, and everybody was in good shape. We sailed to the bay where we dove down to the shipwreck at 8am. It was a great dive. The ship was so big and we could see lots of divers around us visiting the wreck. The current was very strong so it was very hard to swim back to the boat. We returned the gear where it belonged and Bobby gave us a ride back to the boat. We then ate PB+J for lunch instead of chicken salad because everyone agreed. We met Wicked Good at the dock for an awesome hike around Salt Island. We walked very high and could see Tortola, which was far away. We then sailed to the Bight. We salt water showered before beginning to prepare dinner. Francesca and Jerry did an awesome job with the mac and cheese tonight. Mitch came up with a great idea, which was the cinnamon challenge. The goal is to swallow a spoonful of cinnamon. Dan stepped up first for the challenge. He almost did it. Then Jonathan tried, then Mitch almost did it. But I think Sara did the best job in this challenge, lasting a minute and a half. Then it was time to pack our bags.
